As part of the continuous process of development in this approach, practice is essential. Experiencing Ericksonian principles and techniques is part of the deepening process for therapists who experience transformations in their own lives and those of their clients.
In order to catalyze these processes, the Milton H. Erickson Institute in Petrópolis promotes the "Erickson in Practice" study group.
