Hello,
I'd like to start today's article with an important phrase that I use in my Growth Group, a life review work carried out in Brazil and abroad, in person and online, in 10 meetings with universal themes that enable us to reflect, providing tools to enter through the problem and leave through the solution.
The change you want is in the DECISION you don't make.
In order to transform your life, I would say that one of the first things to do is to understand your responsibility for your well-being.
Because when we can identify and deal with our emotions and feelings, we can begin the process of change.
When you are committed to yourself, you meet your goals, achieve your objectives and fulfill your purpose in life! Habit is an ally for life transformation.
We all have habits, whether it's taking the bus at the same time, riding a bike or eating healthily. Habits are established through repetition.
Come rain or shine, you do the things you have to do. Do you do what you have to do?
There's an old joke about a very simple man who went to church every day and prayed in front of an image of a saint:
-Please let me win the lottery.
Until one day the image materialized just to say:
-My son, please buy a ticket!
We often find ourselves waiting for someone else to do it for us, for the conditions to be perfect so that we can start acting, but the truth is that if we keep waiting, we'll never take the first step.
It's natural to want to have everything lined up before starting something new. We want to have all the necessary tools, skills and resources to ensure success and the change we want.
True transformation begins when we decide to act, even with all the imperfections and uncertainties around us.
Ask yourself:
Do I have the courage to take the first step, even if I'm not sure where it will take me?
Or do I wait for an ideal condition to start acting?
That's when we take responsibility for our choices, our actions and begin to shape our life story.
Of course, we can't control every situation, but we can control how we react to them.
This means that we have the power to choose how we face problems and find solutions.
We won't always find immediate solutions, but if you look for them, you certainly will.
What we have to do, even if it's just one small step at a time, we have to do.
Take responsibility for your actions, take the first step and allow yourself to transform your life in a positive way.
Sometimes we want things to happen from one moment to the next - that's not possible, it's not realistic.
Because we are different, what is good for me may not be good for someone else and vice versa.
Each person is unique and has their own characteristics, abilities and dreams.
This difference is what makes us so interesting and allows us to learn from each other.
What is the meaning of my life?
When we discover the meaning of life, the significance of life, we can map out our purpose.
What is the meaning and what is the purpose?
For me, I believe that we have an individual plan within a large collective plan
We can see how far we've come, where we're going and where we want to go!
The spiritual dimension is an important part of our lives. It's the search for a greater purpose, for a connection with something beyond ourselves.
With our essence. As Jung said: We are born originals and we die copies.
By refining the dream, acquiring a higher consciousness, maturing and being able to realize it, you can establish new perceptions and discernments to make all the difference in turning the dream into reality.
As we refine our dreams, we adjust many other things. The meaning of life adjusts and the purpose becomes clearer.
Each person must follow their truth in the process of transforming their life. This means listening to yourself, following your dreams and doing what you feel is best for you
Another example: The person realizes that the relationship is not the way they want it to be. According to Virginia Satir, a North American psychotherapist known for her approach to families and her work with systemic constellation: "we approach each other through similarities and grow through differences".
To change something in our lives, we first change the way we think and feel about it.
Quando mudamos nossa perspectiva interna, nossas açÔes e comportamentos externos também mudam.
Think about it!
The spiritual dimension can play an important role in this process of internal change. Spirituality helps us to connect with something greater than ourselves and to find the strength for transformation in our lives.
When we connect with our spiritual dimension, we can find peace, love and compassion within ourselves, which helps us to change from the inside out.
It's important to note that spirituality is not linked to any specific religion. Each person can find their own way of connecting with their spiritual dimension, whether through breathing, in a simple way: through meditation, yoga, in connecting with their silence, with their I am, with the Sacred, the Divine within each one of us.
Only you know and can transform your life and make a difference in the world.
